This policy outlines your rights under UK consumer law and the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. No Physical Returns

Our products are supplied in a digital format only. As such, there is no physical product to return.

2. Digital Content and Refund Eligibility

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is not subject to the usual 14-day “cooling-off” period once you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged you will lose your right to cancel.

• By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the product, you provide this consent and waiver.
• You are entitled to a refund only if the digital product is faulty, not as described, or fails to function as advertised, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Reporting Faulty Digital Goods

If you believe your purchase is defective:

• Contact us at admin@leylandfireplacecentre.com  within 14 days of purchase.
• Include your order number, description of the fault, and any supporting evidence.
• We may attempt to resolve the issue by providing an updated or corrected file.
• If the issue cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you may choose a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• You have changed your mind after downloading/accessing the product.
• The product is functioning as described.
• Issues are due to incompatibility with your device, where the product specifications were provided prior to purchase.
